An employee can use ExponentHR to record a qualifying life event and make election changes. Once the employee submits a Life Event, it is flagged as an EAN awaiting approval in the My Alerts Widget. This lesson covers how to view and approve those transactions as well as how to enter enrollments on behalf of an employee and how to enter approved coverage amounts as an administrator.
