Performance Goals & Journals

In this lesson, you will learn how to manage your performance goals and journal entries. ExponentHR’s Performance Management Utility has the tools to help keep you and your manager on the same page to facilitate your review process.  Once goals are set in ExponentHR, you can track and notate your progress throughout the year. Journaling is a great tool to provide feedback through a self-review.
