In this lesson, we review the administrator’s role in the EAN workflow. Employees can submit requests to update personal record information, change direct deposit settings, and update W-4 elections. In addition, managers can initiate changes such as a job change, pay rate change and termination.  Once those EAN’s are submitted, the next step in the workflow is approval.
