Organization Structure Management, OSM for short, is one of the backbones of ExponentHR as it drives workflows and notifications. The OSM shows the positional relationship between employees and supervisors. This lesson will walk through how to view the various OSM trees (Direct Report, Time Clock, and Performance Management), make changes to the OSM, create a “What If” scenario, and go through the reports found within this utility.
