Form I-9

The Form I-9 is used for verifying the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States.  Within the ExponentHR Onboarding utility, the completion of this form involves the participation of both the employee (Section 1) and the employer (Section 2).

With the completion of the form (and any subsequent I-9 corrections), the Form I-9 Audit Trail Report may be used to keep track of each employee’s form.
