Update Receipt with Replacement Form I-9 Document

1. To record any needed changes regarding the documents previously selected in Section 2 of the I-9 Form, select the Update Receipt with Replacement Document option when viewing the Internal Task for Form I-9, Section 2.

2. On the Update Form I-9 Section 2 page, update any of the existing fields (ex. document title, number or expirations date). You have the option to also add any associated notes in the Additional Information section of the form.

3. Click the Continue button to proceed with saving the changes.

4. After reviewing the updated I-9 Form, click the Continue button to finalize the changes (or click the Make Changes button to return to the previous page and make additional edits).

5. Electronically sign the form
