Managing Offers of Employment
When initiating the onboarding process for an individual, you have the option to extend an offer of employment directly through the Onboarding Utility or through the New Hire/Re-Hire EAN. When utilized, the current status and progress of an offer letter is easily accessible on the Onboarding Dashboard.
Helpful Tip: To monitor trends or other metrics regarding the offer letter portion of the onboarding workflow, a Onboarding Offer Status Report is accessible through the Options drop-down menu.
