Each template within ExponentHR Onboarding contains its own configurable offer letter.

This gives your organization the option to personalize each candidate’s message. It’s an effective way to promote your company’s brand and culture to new employees.

Types of Offer Letters

If you already have offer letters, you can migrate them into ExponentHR.

These can include communications based on:

• Hourly or salaried positions
• Location
• Departments

Digital communications

Exponent HR sends offer letters electronically for fast and timely communicating. Candidates can also electronically accept or decline offers.

We’ll demonstrate how to configure letters in another lesson. We’ll also go over the audit and tracking of these offers with Employee Action Notices (EAN), the offer letter dashboard, and reporting functions.
