The invitation offer letter contains two sections, the Offer Letter template and the Onboarding Invitation template.

OFFER LETTER TEMPLATE

If you’re using ExponentHR’s offer letter functionality, this is where you enable the offer letters and then customize the body content.

ONBOARDING INVITATION TEMPLATE

Regardless of whether or not you’re using ExponentHR’s offer letter, you’ll want to go in and configure what the initial invitation to the employee will say. This is a great first opportunity to introduce your culture and brand to new employees.

You’ll also be able to link them to the Onboarding Portal where they’ll create their own user IDs and passwords.
