When an offer is accepted, a date and time stamp will be recorded, and then that candidate is automatically entered into the onboarding process.

Mark will then receive a Welcome to Onboard message in his personal email. Just like the offer letter, this Invitation to Onboard and the e-mail verbiage is highly configurable to each candidate.

This process will assist you, as an employer, to stay engaged with a new candidate, Mark, from the time they receive an offer to the time he begins work.
