Like the Onboarding tab, the Offers tab gives you the ability to filter your view based on the status, the different stages of the offer letter, or by date. You re-order the results based on any of the columns by just clicking the column header.

 

 

OFFER DETAIL

When you go into a particular offer, you’ll be able to see the details of what was sent. You’ll also be able to print, add comments, and change history.

 

 

Under Candidate’s Comments, you can view whether the candidate accepted, declined, or added negotiation verbiage to the offer. A status change date-and-time-stamp will also show, as well as any prior letters, notes, or items that change within this offer.

 

 

Candidate’s Comments and Letter History

Under Actions within the Offer Letter, you have the option to extend the deadline. You can also manually set the status, such is the case if you received verbal acceptance. Finally, if you need to re-assign the coordinator for this particular employee, you can do that under Actions.

 

 

The My Task List button allows you to filter tasks specific only to you. These may be internal tasks that you’re required to complete yourself, and those that you manage either as a coordinator or as an administrator.

 

 

We’ll cover how to initiate onboarding in another lesson but note that you can access initiation with the Onboard Employee button.

 

 

Under Options, there are a number of quick links that we’ll explain in more detail in other lessons.

 

 

The dashboard will help you manage where everyone is in relation to completing tasks, track offers, and ensure that tasks are being completed, either before or after their first day.
