For this demo, we set up a new hire EAN for Mark Grant. After you’ve initiated the offer letter, Mark will receive an email notification letting him know that the company is pleased to extend him an offer of employment.

Clicking onto the offer letter link will allow Mark to view the letter content as it was configured in your template setup. Mark’s company, job, division, department, and location will make him eligible for this particular template. The template allows him to get this Offer Letter Request so he can learn more about the position and offer. Then, based on the configuration of that template setup, you can let the Mark know how long he has to respond before the offer expires.
