Onboarding
backTo access the onboarding reports, click Options on the right-hand side of the Employee Onboarding dashboard. There are four reports which you can view:
- Onboarding Status Report
- Task Status Report
- Offer Status Report
- E-Signature/Acknowledgement
ONBOARDING STATUS
The setup for the Onboarding Status template looks similar to the other management reports in ExponentHR. To begin, select a date range for your data. It’s based on the hire date, so your date range will return only the employees whose hire dates fall within the range you specify.
Status Options gives you even more filter options. You can group reports by classification, for example, as well as sort and filter. You can also add optional fields.
Once you’ve modified the report, save the template configuration. You’ll have the ability to return and edit your date range in the future.
TASK STATUS
In the Onboarding Task Status, you have the same reporting functions as discussed in Onboarding Status, including the ability to report on the status of a task for new hires or internal tasks.
OFFER STATUS
Based on the stage of the offer letter, you can run a report to get more detailed information in Offer Status Report.
E-SIGNATURE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The final report that you can run is the E-signature and Acknowledgement Report for candidate tasks that require employees to e-sign or acknowledge documents.
