The link provided in the Welcome Letter sent Mark to the Onboarding UserID/Password Setup page. The first thing he will do is identify his password security question, should he ever need to reset his login information. This can be done during onboarding or after he’s into the full ExponentHR platform.

The system does provide a user ID, but we highly recommend that each candidate changes their ID at this time. The issued password will honor any complexities that you have set up for your organization. The same user ID and password will also work once they have full access to the ExponentHR platform beginning on their first day of employment.

There will be a confirmation once the new hire ID and password are set up successfully.
